Oki moves into this featherweight booking after stoppage losses to Mason Jones and Manoel Sousa. Santos also lost his last fight, to Dooho Choi, after beating JooSang Yoo. I’d watch what happens after the first hard combination. A weight-class change does not automatically repair an exit. Oki can make his longer reach useful if he does not stay for the return. Santos can make the pocket crowded if he gets through the entry cleanly.
